Dabrico United Juggling Club

What is juggling?  Juggling is keeping the ball in the air with any part of your body except for the hands and arms.  It helps you to develop better touch and control of the ball, while building core strength and improving balance of the body.

Why should I juggle?  Since juggling improves your touch on the ball it also builds confidence.  Soon you will realize that you control the ball, the ball does not control you.  In a short period of time, you will be able to accomplish something that seemed impossible in the beginning.  As an added bonus, juggling is fun!

Club Rules:

  1. Joining is free.  You pay with your commitment to practice and improvement.
  2. No hands, no bounces.
  3. A coach must witness your juggling total before or after practice.

Your Reward

Kids who reach 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100+ consecutive juggles will be recognized on the website.  In addition, those who reach the 20, 50 and 100+ levels will receive a special patch in recognition of their hard work to be displayed on their uniform.  Program begins 2.24.08.
